God is good!
The Bible says that His mercies are new every morning. We never get tired of stating this fact.
CDI finished 2021 on a very positive note. We traveled to Honduras and delivered the much-anticipated mattresses to the Tolupanes tribe in El Paraiso.
We are happy to report that every house in this village received at least two mattresses.
This delivery was on Christmas eve; what a great Christmas gift!
We also blessed families with clothes, shoes, toys, and backpacks for children will soon begin the new 2022 school year.
The excitement of going back to school was contagious since Honduras closed schools for in-person attendance at the beginning of the pandemic nearly two years ago.
On Christmas Day, we traveled to a village to share the Word and the true meaning of this day.
People were receptive and engaging as we shared the true riches demonstrated by the birth of Jesus Christ.
Overall, this December, we were able to bless four communities to which we also were able to deliver soft, warm blankets, perfect for this time of year to a much grateful group of seniors.
God's hand of protection was evident in this trip. On two different occasions, we faced opposition. One for sharing the Word, the other dealt with a domestic dispute. Psalms 34:7 says: The Angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear Him, and rescues them.
We are grateful indeed for His protection as we embark on these trips.
Thank you for participating in this blessing. Your time, your financial assistance, your talents are all appreciated dearly.
The people there appreciated it, and for sure, God saw it.
Thank you for donating, buying, and sharing the word about Treasures.
Together, we are working for the kingdom.
